1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and SupremeXpressions gift cards and credits.
2. How soon after I place my order will you ship it?
Please refer to the item description page for each product.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our Free Standard Shipping method takes anywhere from 2-7 business days to deliver your order after it has been shipped.
4. Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the time we do not offer gift wrapping.
5. I made a mistake on my order, can I revise it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you are not able to change it. However, if you order has not shipped, you can go
into your account, cancel the order and place a new one. If your order has shipped, please wait for the order to arrive in order
to exchange it. You may also contact us for assistance with this.
6. My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your confirmation email. If it has been more than 48 hours and you are unable to track your order, please contact us. Please make sure to include your order number in you message.
7. What do I need to include with my return?
Some items are able to be returned. Items That are custom are not able to be returned.
8. How do I exchange an item?
Please contact us to receive instructions. This will help avoid delays in your exchange.
9. What items can I use discount codes on?
Discount codes can be used for all items on our site, unless otherwise specified.
10. I want my items shipped internationally. Do I have to pay customs or duty fees?
Customs and duty fees are determined by your country's customs officials. Please check with your respective customs
offices for details. We do not have any control over these fees and cannot offer guarantees regarding the same.
